Gigapixel Ultra-High-Resolution Lens: Purpose-Built Technology for Large-Format, Ultra-High-Resolution Sensing
To meet the imaging demands of gigapixel-level sensors, a lens must deliver both ultra-high resolution and full-field consistency across a large image format. We have achieved systematic breakthroughs in optical design, lens element precision, and assembly processes.
Core Technology Highlights
Large image format and gigapixel sensor support: Designed to match the imaging requirements of gigapixel-level sensors and fully leverage their resolving power.
High-precision lens element control: Selected lens elements are controlled to 5 μm decentering and 0.02° tilt. These tight tolerances ensure imaging consistency at high resolution.
Three-group design + active alignment: 12 lens elements are divided into 3 groups, and an advanced active alignment process is used for precise focusing, improving both assembly precision and mass production consistency.
This lens technology combines a large image format, ultra-high resolution, and high-precision assembly, providing reliable optical support for gigapixel-level imaging systems.
