Held from August 7 to 8, 2025 at Quanzhou Normal University, the 13th “Qida Cup” National University Optoelectronic Design Competition (Southeast Regional Finals) came to a successful close. As one of the core co-organizers, Xiamen Leadtek Optoelectronics joined 333 teams from 39 universities across the country in this innovation-focused competition of optics and intelligence, providing professional technical empowerment, resource support and talent cultivation support.

Centered on the theme of “Optical Innovation for a Promising Future”, this year’s competition focused on two cutting-edge topics: laser confrontation for intelligent vehicles and non-destructive optical measurement for high-aspect-ratio microholes. The event encouraged students to integrate optoelectronic technology with artificial intelligence and precision measurement technologies. Outstanding participants from universities across Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan demonstrated solid professional expertise and innovative thinking in their entries.
